A nice thing about Utah is the snow. For a three year old who has spent her whole life so far in sunny Arizona, snow is very exciting and new. We like to take Sarah out to play in the snow in our front yard. This day was the first time Sarah had heard anything about snow angels. She was so excited to get up and see the angel lying in the snow after she had been there. Ahh to be a kid again...
Alex and Lucas are still not quite sure what to think about all this white stuff. It's cold!
"Okay, Papa. Just one more picture... But then it's time to go inside. It's cold out here!"
Sarah's first snowman! She named him Frosty. I know, it's small, but it was still snowing when we made it, and I only had the cloth gloves at the time so my hands were getting dang cold!
You'd think a dog would get tired of going out in a yard that looks like this every time he had to relieve himself... Not this dog. Cosmoe LOVES to go outside. Sometimes he will even run back down the stairs when we come near the door because he thinks we're going to make him come inside. Every time he goes out, he immediately starts eating the snow. Cute.

Don't you love it when the snow is fluffy and fresh......it's the best to play in! Your boys are getting big and they are so adorable. Sarah is quite the pro at her first snow angel!
Ok, so I know you posted this back in January, which was my pre-blogging days ... but I also know you moderate your comments, so you'll get this. That's hilarious that Cosmoe loved the snow so much, because during the snow days this year my mom and Dave had to clear a path for Zoey and have a little area in the yard that Dave would continually have to shovel so that she WOULD relieve herself. She actually wouldn't go to the bathroom unless she could see the ground. (although she loved playing in it, just not making yellow snow.)
